OMG! we are so thrilled only 12 nights of sleep, and finally, it’s Christmas, and today is a special day because it’s the start of our 12 days of Christmas coffee 2018, we cannot wait to make and bake amazing Yuletide goodies for twelve days until the big day.
For our first 12 days of Christmas coffee recipe, we will be making an After Eight Coffee. This coffee is perfect for a post-dinner coffee or if you are craving for a caffeinated late-night sweet.
After eight coffee is an excellent combination of cereal notes of the Capriccio Coffee with the freshness of mint chocolate and the roundness of crumbled nougat, that will keep you refreshed, caffeinated and satisfy that sweet tooth in you.
What is Capriccio Coffee?
Capriccio coffee is a capsule that you can get from Nespresso this coffee blend is ideal for this recipe since it has a light/medium acidity and a medium body. The bright and delicate, smoothly balanced, with a clean, sweet, lemon-toned finish is an excellent blend to the crisp and minty, sweet taste of this after eight coffee recipe.

Note: You can use any coffee pod machines that can fit the Capriccio capsule.
After Eight Coffee Recipe

- Coffee pod machine
- Milk Frother
- Lungo cup or any coffee mug of your choice.
- 1 capsule of Capriccio
- After Eight® mint chocolate
- 100ml of milk
- 3 nougat chocolates
How To Make
- Prepare the coffee in a Lungo cup, or you can use any mug of your preference.
2, Prepare your milk by frothing, you can use your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother if you have one, but you can also froth milk at home by simple heating your milk and placing you awrm milk using a mason jar or an insulated tumbler, screw the lid tightly, and shake away until you get your desire froth consistency.
- Put your forth on top of your prepared coffee.
- After that, sprinkle shavings of nougat chocolate on top and add an After Eight® chocolate mint to the milk froth to finish
- Serve and enjoy!
