About 2 Cups of Ice
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Cup Cold Brewed Coffee (unsweetened)
1 Chopped Frozen Banana
1 Scoop of Protein Powder (Chocolate or Vanilla)

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a little more almond milk or coffee until you get the right consistency. If it’s too runny, add more ice or frozen banana. Feel free to add a little plain greek yogurt or peanut butter to make it richer.


If you want a little bit flavor, do not be afraid to add a bit of sweetener. You can use unsweetened cocoa powder, yogurt, coconut milk, oatmeal, chia seeds, or peanut butter to give a little something to your protein shake. Of course be sure to use your favorite protein powder.
