  •   How Long Will It Be Before I Receive My Order?
    For standard shipping in the United States, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days, though many shipments arrive at their destination within a few days, particularly those on the East Coast. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses, US territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  •   Do You Ship To Addresses Outside The United States?
    Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fees will be calculated in your shopping cart. Additional custom fees, duties and other charges may need to be paid upon entry to your country or delivery to your address.
  •   Do You Ship To Military APO/FPO Addresses?
    Yes.
  •   What Do You Charge For Standard Shipments On An Order?
    The cost of regular shipping in the continental USA is $6.95 for all orders under $99 and FREE for all orders over $500. Overnight shipping, two-day shipping, ground and shipping internationally is extra.
  •  Can I Find Equipment And Spare Parts?
    We have available most requested spare parts like gaskets, showers, washers etc. All parts can be available on request.
  •  Any Discount On Shipping Rates
    All order above $500 are shipped free of charge to anywhere in US. But please note that there are some outlying and high risk areas for which our courier will change us an additional charge above the normal change. Our customers will be liable for this additional fee.

  • Important Information Regarding Your Shipment
    Do not sign for your shipment until you have inspected it for damage. If any item is clearly damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST do the following:
  •   Note it clearly on the waybill before signing.
  •   Keep your copy of the waybill.
  •   Contact us within 7 business days to report to damage or suspected.
  •   Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection.
  •   Take pictures of the damage.
  •   Do not use the equipment until we have given you the go ahead.
    If part or all of your shipment is damaged and you did not note this as above we cannot guarantee any compensation for damages from the courier company.
  •   Installation of Coffee Equipment
    Please note that where equipment is not installed by a qualified technician we will not be able to honour the warranty on your equipment.
  •   Return Policy
    You are encouraged to ask as many questions as possible to make as sure as possible that your purchase is what you are wanting. Products that are in proper working order cannot be returned.

    Due to quality control and food safety issues, we are unable to accept returns on any consumable items such as coffee. Even if these items are still sealed, we cannot assume they are tamper-free once they are out of our hands
  •  Warranty
    All coffee products and equipment comes with an in-house warranty of 1 year on parts. Meaning that you will be responsible for shipping to and from us. In the event that the equipment in indeed faulty due to a part, seller will at their expense replace that part. In the event that the equipment is faulty due to your misuse or negligence you will be responsible for the part and labour.
